What Scratch pulls from HighLevel
- Contacts (names, company, contact details, custom fields)
- Opportunities (name, pipeline, stage, value)
- Calendars and their settings
- Custom objects
- Pipelines, forms, products, workflows, and other sub-account data
How it works
HighLevel is read-only today. Scratch pulls your sub-account records into local files for AI review: contacts, opportunities, calendars, custom objects, and reference data like pipelines and forms. Your AI runs over the files for cleanup proposals, audits, and reports — surfacing contacts with inconsistent names, opportunities missing a source, or duplicates spread across a pipeline. Custom fields round-trip by their definition.
Publish-back to HighLevel is on the roadmap. Today, this is the read side of the loop — useful for CRM audits and for feeding sub-account context into AI workflows without giving the AI direct API access. Connect with OAuth or a Private Integration token; everything is scoped to one sub-account (Location).
